Estimates, not advice

The calculator provides estimates only. It should not be relied on for tax returns, contract decisions or any other financial decision. Tax rates, allowances and rules can change, and individual circumstances vary.

Contract jobs

Job listings come from job boards, agencies and employers. IR35 status is taken from the advert and may be missing, out of date or wrong. A listing is not an offer of work from IR35.org.

Apply links leave this site. Check the role, the rate and the IR35 status with the hirer before you apply or accept work.

Using the site

The site is free to use. Do not misuse it, try to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that puts an unreasonable load on it. We can change, suspend or remove the calculator, the jobs board or these terms.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We are not responsible for loss caused by using the calculator, the jobs board, or sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
