Calculator

Answers you enter in the calculator stay in your browser. They are saved in local storage on that device and are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them. Starting a new calculation on this site deletes the saved one in that browser.

Contract jobs

You can browse jobs without an account. We do not ask for your name or email address. Search words and filters are part of the page address.

When you apply for a role, you leave IR35.org for the advertiser's site. That site has its own privacy notice.

Analytics

The live site uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. Google may set cookies and process your IP address. Google's privacy policy explains how Google handles that information.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, Netlify processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the address of the page you requested. That can include job search words, because they are in the page address.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal information. There are no accounts, and calculator answers are not stored on our servers.
